Have you ever wondered why sometimes you get something that you really didn't want in your life?
In fact, some people think that the Law of Attraction 'isn't working ' when they attract something they didn't want into their life--but it is.
How the Law of Attraction Works
You see, the Law of Attraction doesn't hear the words 'don't, not or no' (as in, 'I don't want that.' 'That's not what I want.' 'No more of this!') it only responds to your dominant feelings (your vibes) about that subject.
The Law of Attraction is neutral, it only responds to and sends you what you are focused on. If you are thinking about a certain situation that causes you to feel upset, the Law of Attraction sends you MORE upsetting situations because that is where your energy is.
When feeling down, (low vibration), you may attract a friend who calls to complain about all the things they are down about. In this case, your low vibration is attracting someone of a similar vibration. You can engage with the person and stay at that low vibration once in a while, but you don’t want to stay in that space for long.
Recognize your Vibrational Signals
If you want to know what you are vibrating, look at who you are attracting. Everyone that you attract into your life and engage with is a match to something that you are vibrating at either a conscious or subconscious level.
The next time a situation causes you to be angry or unhappy or conversely causes you to feel happiness or love, take a moment to recognize your thoughts and continue to monitor them. What was it in your past that created your subconscious response to the event you are now experiencing? Once you know why you are reacting in a certain way you can start to change your responses to people and events by replacing negative thoughts with empowering feelings or at the very least start with neutrality and build upon that.

Know you are worthy
That’s easy, become aware of your feelings, realize and know that you are worthy of happiness, joy and love and exhibit the personality traits of the type of person you want to attract. Thinking happy thoughts, feeling empowered, optimistic, and joyful will attract other empowered and optimistic people into your life. When this happens, there is a sharing and connection that feels wonderful. It is a perfect match!
Once you have mastered recognizing your automatic responses, realizing why you are reacting a certain way and changing negative actions into positive behaviour you can start mentally rehearsing situations and playing out positive outcomes with constructive emotions attached to them.
This sets you up for success by attracting more of those experiences into your life. The law of attraction never takes a break, it is always giving you life experiences based on your deepest beliefs.
It may seem strange at first but with some practice, you will see results and master having it all.
